This Utility
processes the video movies to detect and extract moving
objects in three processing modes: captured background
scenes, sequential frames analysis and an adaptive
method.
DVR modules can be configured to detect moving objects
in a steady state background scene. This steady state is
explained as a fixed state in the background scene. The
KA4051 defines this steady state as whatever that
does not change in the background scene. It means that
user can define a scenario for background scene that
should be monitored in a time period. He takes some
snapshots from the scene. Then the program compares this
scenario with whatever that may change this. So in a
scenario, user can teach the program that a moving
object can be a part of background scene, and anything
except this scenario can be detected as a target frame.
The KA4051 not only can be used for movie content
tracking, but also for video files compression purposes.
The output video file can be a movie or image sequence
file. User can define processing time period and
sampling rate and these features makes the KA4051 an
easy to use video processing application.
