Integrating
Intelligent Machine
Vision (MV) Systems as the field instruments in a Distributed
Control System (DCS) seeks high ambition and collaborations. The
Machine Vision system can communicate with other field instruments and PLC devices through PROFIBUS and supervisory systems via
Industrial Ethernet. So it can play and place in different roles
and situations in a control system.
The
ControlNetVision is a label for all of our efforts to
introduce Machine Vision products and services in an integrated plant-wide
control system. It is completely developed on Control Systems
Technology, Machine Vision, Expert Systems and Industrial
Networking.
It is a great
challenge to overcome the electro-optical and mechanical
disturbances in the field. Data interchanges require a huge
knowledge of open or dedicated protocols and connection to
supervisory control systems is usually done indirectly. From MODBUS to GigE, there have been always a common idea to
interconnect different types of programmable devices under a
standard protocol of communication. We will try to pass through
this way with our Intelligent Machine Vision KA Series Products in field
layer, PLC Automation Ladders in control layer and ASHALogic
Supervisory System in management layer.
